Julie is my business coach, I've been working with her the last 2 years and I've coached with Ninja Selling throughout the last 27 years of my career. My conversation with Julie began with something we both value deeply: building a successful real estate business through relationships, consistency, and genuine care rather than traditional sales tactics.

We discussed Julie’s journey from sales and internet management into real estate, becoming licensed in both North and South Carolina, and eventually discovering Ninja Selling. Julie shared how the Ninja philosophy helped her strengthen her client relationships, grow her referral business, and create greater balance between her professional success and the life she wanted to live.

We also talked about her path to becoming a Certified Ninja Coach and the value of coaches remaining active practitioners in the real estate business. Julie believes coaching works best as a partnership: walking alongside her clients, asking thoughtful questions, understanding what they need, and helping them discover practical solutions that fit their lives and businesses.

What impressed me most was Julie’s commitment to helping other REALTORS® succeed without losing themselves in the process. She brings authenticity, empathy, and real-world experience to her coaching relationships because she understands the challenges her clients are navigating firsthand.

Julie serves clients throughout North and South Carolina and works with agents across the country as a Certified Ninja Coach.

Julie is also stepping into an exciting new chapter personally. After raising a son and two daughters, she and her husband, Mark, are preparing to embrace life as empty nesters, while Julie explores her growing passion for pottery. Together for more than 26 years, Julie and Mark will celebrate their 21st wedding anniversary on July 23rd. Their next adventures will likely include plenty of travel, the Colorado Rockies, and, knowing Mark, more than a few Denver Broncos games. 🏈🏔️ He's a life-long fan, being from Wyoming originally.
